I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment. The location was marvellous for exploring this good area, so close to nearby restaurants and Overland Park. I came across Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel, offered nice shots.

The best thing was how accommodating the staff were. Great location, the free parking was available.

The customer service could be improved. I tried to reach out to the general manager to address some issues, but I never received a call back.

There were a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, and ironing facilities in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The room was very spacious and had a nice kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. It was great to have an ice maker in the refrigerator so we didn't have to go out and get ice. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the WiFi worked great. The location was also convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

One of the downsides was that there were only queen-size beds in the room. Next time, I'll make sure to book a room with two beds.

Convenient location, easy to find. The parking lot was well-lit and spacious. The hotel room was comfortable and had a good size. The disabled person room was especially appreciated as it provided comfort and convenience for my disabled child.

The customer service was lacking, particularly from the young man at the front desk during my stay. He had an attitude and seemed unconcerned with my complaints about the noise from a neighboring room.

We were thrilled to find a pet-friendly hotel that was also located in a nice area. The room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant aroma. The staff was friendly and the water pressure in the shower was impressive. There were also great dining options within walking distance and a sports bar right across the parking lot. a fantastic stay for our soccer tournament!
